Your order will be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within a maximum of 3 working days from the day you place the order. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order delivery stages from the My Orders section in My Account.

You must send the product you want to return or change (except for non-refundable products) to our contact address, together with the invoice, by filling out the return form on the back of the invoice. Necessary information will be provided to the contact addresses in your membership regarding the return or exchange process.
